陈某，女，68岁，2023年10月21日初诊。
患者久病体虚，近期出现尿中带血，无尿痛，现症：尿血，或见齿衄、肌衄，食少，体倦乏力，气短声低，面色不华，舌质淡，脉细弱。
血证-尿血。
脾不统血证。
补中健脾，益气摄血。
归脾汤加减：
+ 熟地黄15g，阿胶(烊化)6g，仙鹤草10g ，槐花10g。
三剂，水煎服。日一剂，早晚分服。
